Who we are

Regway LTDA, CNPJ 11.111.111/0001-11, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. For anything about your data, write to contato@regway.com.br.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the demo form: name, work email, institution, obligation of interest and, if you like, a message.

This site uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, date, time and page, for security and operation.

Why we use it

To reply to your demo request and discuss a Regway contract. The legal basis is carrying out preliminary procedures for a contract at the data subject’s request (LGPD, art. 7, V).

Technical access logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (LGPD, art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or share your data for marketing. It passes through Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and processes the form in the São Paulo region, and through our email provider, which receives your message. Both act as processors under contract.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept while the commercial conversation lasts and for up to 12 months after the last contact. Technical access logs are deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it, as well as for information about who we share it with (LGPD, art. 18). To do so, write to contato@regway.com.br. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
